Please refer to the following files for detailed formatting instructions: Please note the IEEE CCC number on the lower left side of the first page of the FINAL template. This number is specific to this conference and needs to be included as is in the FINAL version of your paper.

In case you wish to submit supplementary material (video) please contact the webmaster@acii2009.nl (please provide your submission Tracking Number).

IEEE Copyright form
Along with your final paper you need to submit a signed IEEE Copyright form in a digital format. A readable scanned or photographed copy of the signed first page is sufficient. There is no need to include the second standard page of this form in your submission.

The IEEE publication title is: 2009 3rd International Conference on Affective Computing and Intelligent Interaction, ACII
A link for submitting the copyright form is provided at the user area.

IEEE PDF format
FINAL papers have to be submitted in PDF format. PDF files must be saved as PDF 1.4 (Acrobat 5) or later to meet the requirements for version 4.01 of the IEEE Xplore PDF specification. Also make sure all used fonts are embedded in the final pdf and no hyperlinks are being used in your text.

Papers can be verified with the IEEE online PDF eXpress tool for compliancy. We recommend that you convert your MS Word of LaTeX file(s) to PDF with PDF eXpress and submit the resulting PDF document to the conference.

IEEE PDF eXpress
In order to verify or convert your paper to the IEEE compliant PDF format you are urged to make use of the IEEE PDF eXpress service BEFORE submitting your final paper to the conference.
The PDF eXpress service requires you to register with a valid email address and password.
